This Refund Policy applies to the UPSC CSE Prelims Test Series 2027 and every other paid product sold on digitallylearn.com. Each test is delivered as PDF files with the buyer’s name and order number printed on every page, so a copy cannot be taken back once it has been downloaded.
Refund Before Any Download
You can ask for a full refund within seven calendar days of payment as long as no file from that order has been downloaded. My Account shows the downloads left for every file, and our records show whether a file was downloaded.
When a Refund Is Not Possible
- Any file of the order has been downloaded, whether a Questions booklet or an Answers and Explanations booklet.
- More than seven days have passed since payment.
- Part of a package or combo has been downloaded. A package or combo is refunded as a whole or not at all, and tests released later are not refunded separately.
Faulty Files and Missing Papers
If a file does not open, a page is missing or your name is printed wrongly, write to us and we will send a corrected copy at no cost. If a test you bought is not released by the date shown on its product page, you may choose a refund of that test’s price or wait for the release.
Paid Twice by Mistake
The checkout stops the same test, or a test already inside a package or combo in your cart, from being added twice. If a duplicate payment still goes through, the duplicate is refunded in full.
How to Ask for a Refund
Use the Contact page or write to mail@digitallylearn.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We reply within 48 hours and settle the request within seven working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show the credit.
