Scope
By purchasing any product or service on digitallylearn.com you accept this Refund Policy. Free content, including articles, current-affairs briefings, and sample questions, falls outside the scope of this policy because no payment is involved.
Cooling-Off Window
You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed, downloaded, or attempted any paid content. Once a test is attempted, a course module is started, or a downloadable material is accessed, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Any test or quiz attempted, in part or in full, after purchase.
- Downloaded PDFs, video lectures, or any study material that has been accessed.
- Subscription periods after the seven-day cooling-off window has elapsed.
- Purchases discounted under promotional codes or limited-time offers, unless explicitly stated otherwise in that offer.
- Bundled purchases where any component has been accessed or downloaded.
How to Request a Refund
Send a refund request to mail@digitallylearn.com with the following details:
- Order or transaction ID.
- Registered email address used at the time of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and resolve it within 7 working days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method; processing time depends on the issuing bank or card network and typically takes 5 to 10 working days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a documented technical issue from our side prevented access to a purchased product. The decision rests with the Digitally Learn editorial team and is final.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or by writing to mail@digitallylearn.com. Cancellation stops future billing. The current paid period remains active until its expiry and is not refunded outside the seven-day cooling-off window.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, write to the Founder’s Office at digitallylearn@gmail.com with all relevant documentation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through this channel are governed by Indian law and the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
