UPSC - CSE preparation built for clarity and depth
Digitally Learn is an independent editorial project that produces deep, NCERT-grounded subject articles, daily current-affairs briefings, and a premium Prelims test series for UPSC - CSE aspirants. Every article is researched against primary sources, fact-checked against a published list of authoritative sources, and written to a consistent academic prose standard.
Our mission
Make UPSC preparation rigorous, transparent, and accessible.
India has more than ten lakh UPSC - CSE aspirants every year and most pay heavily for material that fragments the syllabus into commodity content. Digitally Learn was started in 2017 to build the opposite: a structured set of subject articles where each series is authored top-down from NCERT and primary government and institutional sources, written in the same style across the syllabus, and made available to every aspirant free of paywall on the article surface.
What we publish
Four content pillars cover the UPSC - CSE syllabus end to end
Subject articles
Comprehensive guides across Geography, History, Polity, Economy, Environment, Science and Tech, Society. Authored series-by-series, 2,000 - 5,000 words per article, NCERT-grounded, cross-linked, and written in a single editorial voice.
Daily current affairs
One curated briefing every weekday with topic-tagged news plus prelims-grade and mains-grade angles. Verbatim-source discipline; no rewording of agency copy beyond fair-use limits.
Prelims Test Series
A 35-test premium Prelims series across Fundamentals, Applied, and Full-Length. UPSC-pattern multi-statement design, four-tier difficulty calibration, option-wise explanations on every question.
Hindi mirror (planned)
Every English article will get a Hindi mirror published from the same source-of-truth content blocks. Same depth, same primary sources, written for the Hindi-medium aspirant.
Editorial standards
Six rules that govern every article on this site
- Primary-source grounding. Every claim has a citation against an authoritative host: NCERT, ministry websites, ISRO, IMD, ICAR, IPCC, RBI, Lok Sabha, Supreme Court, IUCN, FAO, UN bodies, or peer-reviewed institutions.
- Zero fabrication. No invented sources, no rewritten URLs, no AI-hallucinated facts. Every URL is HEAD-checked before publication.
- NCERT-anchored. The primary source of every Geography, History, Polity, Economy article is the relevant NCERT chapter. Wikipedia is a currency cross-check, never the primary source.
- Academic prose discipline. Definition then Why it matters then Significance then Features then Outcomes then Contemporary linkages. Median sentence eighteen to twenty-two words. Formal academic vocabulary.
- Visuals authored alongside prose. Topic-appropriate charts, maps, and diagrams are authored together with the article, not retrofitted. Brand-palette only across featured cards and inline figures.
- Two-stage editorial review. An internal checklist runs more than forty-five content-integrity checks; an independent senior editor reviews structure, spine, and voice before any draft is published.
